Return Policy:  

Please note, Gioboots does not offer refunds only exchanges. 

Gioboots ONLY OFFERS EXCHANGES FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE OF THE SAME ITEM.  Please feel free to contact us directly regarding sizing or styling.  We are happy to assist you with any questions related to the exchange. 

If you wish to return an item(s), please include a note with your order number, name, phone number. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be un-used and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  We will not accept any damaged items, items without original tags or any items that appear to have been worn.  

Example: If we receive a pair of boots that have scuffs or scrapes on the bottom soles, they will be sent back.

You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return the product. If 30 days have transpired, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).

Please allow 5-10 business days for us to process your return once it is received by our Distribution Center.

Gioboots is not liable for any lost for any items that are lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

Note: You are responsible for all shipping to and from fees for any exchange(s).
